Role Overview

n

As a Forklift & Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your main responsibilities include:

n

- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
n
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts to load, unload, move, and store stock.
n
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, replenish stock, assist with stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory.
n
- Warehouse Operations: Load and unload containers and trucks, maintain an organised warehouse, and ensure products are stored correctly.
n
- Safety & Compliance:



Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
n
- Team Support: Assist with general warehouse duties and work collaboratively to meet daily operational targets.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Holds a current Australian LF Forklift Licence;
n
- Has proven experience operating high reach forklifts;
n
- Can safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store stock;
n
- Has previous warehouse experience, including pick packing, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties;
n
- Has experience unloading shipping containers and loading/unloading trucks;
n
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has reliable transport;
n
- Is physically fit and capable of manual handling;
n
- Has strong attention to detail and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
n
- Has a strong work ethic, is reliable, punctual, and dependable;
n
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
n
