What You'll Be Doing

- Respond to patient and referrer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist patients in booking procedures across multiple locations.
- Provide inbound support and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex matters.
- Maintain accurate records in our patient database.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.

What You're Looking For

- Strong customer service background, ideally in healthcare or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT troubleshooting abilities and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and robust organisational skills.

Qualifications & Skills





- 2+ years' experience in a call centre environment.
- Proven ability to build rapport and negotiate over the phone.
- Sound IT skills and adaptability to new technology.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
- Must have current Australian work rights.
