We’re seeking a dedicated Junior Property Manager to take on the dynamic role of assisting the day-to-day management of a portfolio alongside one of our senior Property Managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with property owners, tenants, and other team members to ensure seamless property operations and high satisfaction levels. You will also have the perks of having inhouse accounts, administration and leasing support, to ensure your number one priority is your owners and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include fostering solid, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers, efficiently coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:





Work alongside a senior property manager to:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.

Address and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests.

Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections.

Perform routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Manage arrears efficiently.

Handle lease sign-ups with precision.

Utilise our property management software, including Ailo.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in Real Estate, preferably within property management.

Reliable, roadworthy, registered vehicle.

A willing and positive attitude.

Strong focus on customer service.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a busy team.

Proven verbal and written communication skills.
