- Work closely with floor staffto learn machinery operations and help developtask competencies and work instructions
n
- Assist the WHS Advisor with toolbox talks, safety audits, updating procedures & policies and Managing WHS and training data inLucidity
n
- Support all WHS admin tasks including incident tracking and training compliance
n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- Robust admin background with WHS experience (manufacturing is a plus)
n
- Certificate 4 in WHS
n
- Confident communicator, able to engage with floor teams and management
n
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
n
- Experience with Lucidity or other WHS platforms (ideal but not essential)
n

Pay Guide:

n

$45 - $50 per hour + penalty rates on overtime, depending on experience. Due to the independent nature of the role, strong candidates may expect the higher end.
