We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a part-time or full-time basis.

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and confident individual to join our growing dental practice in Bittern (Bittern Dental). As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

n

Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism.

n

Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings.

n

Coordinating the daily appointment schedule.

n

Processing payments and handling patient accounts.

n

Maintaining accurate patient records.

n

Assisting the clinical team with chairside and administrative duties.

n

Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

n

Skills & Experience

n

Proven experience as both a Dental Receptionist and a Dental Assistant.

n

Chairside assistance skills across a wide range of procedures, including general fillings, root canal treatments, cosmetic veneers, dental implants, and orthodontics.

n





Strict adherence to sterilisation and infection control protocols.

n

Administrative capabilities, including stock monitoring, equipment maintenance, and solid computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office).

n

Experience with Dental 4 Windows (D4W) is highly desirable.

n

Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekday evenings and weekends if required.

n

Reliable transport is preferred.
