Weatherall Windows Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced uPVC Window & Door Installer to join our team in Campbellfield, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality uPVC windows and doors for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

n

Install and glaze windows and doors according to specifications.

n

Remove old units and securely fit new ones, ensuring level and weatherproof finishes.

n

Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite.

n

Load/unload frames, glass, and screens; check all jobs for accuracy.

n

Complete all required paperwork and job records.

n

Monitor stock levels and report when orders are needed.

n

Inspect and maintain tools and PPE.

n

Train and onboard new staff as required.

n

Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

n

Comply with OH&S;, ISO standards, and company policies.

n

What We're Looking For

n

Proven experience in window and door installation.

n

Carpentry skills.





n

Must be physically fit and be able to lift.

n

Strong understanding of health and safety practices.

n

Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

n

Ability to work within a multi-site, multi-disciplined team.

n

Mathematical skills for accurate measurements.

n

Knowledge of PPE requirements and installation methods.
