Willow Interiors and Installations PL – Pakenham VIC
These are full-time positions, working with a youthful, productive crew in a team environment. At times shifts may be carried out in an evening capacity or on weekends as job specs require. The majority of work is carried out on site. Our home base is Pakenham, but work could take you throughout Victoria and interstate as required.
Key responsibilities
- Study drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
- Order and select timbers and materials, and prepare layouts
- Cut materials, assemble cuts and shaped parts as specified
- Assemble prepared structures as specified and install same
- Repair and alterations of existing fittings
- Work with plastic laminates, perspex and metals
- Shopfitting works
- Operate various electrical tools required for carpentry and installations
- Prepare site SWMS
About you
- Ability to study drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
- Good understanding and/or training in OH&S; procedures
- A car, license and white card required
- Good grip on the English language with outstanding communication skills
- All travel allowances, overtime rates and superannuation paid as legislated
