Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting

- Support GPs with clinical duties such as immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management
n
- Coordinate patient care and assist with health assessments and care plans
n




- Contribute to health education and promotion within the community
n

About You

- AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with a passion for community healthcare
n
- Knowledge of general practice nursing and an understanding of chronic disease management
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Accomplished at managing patient care and building rapport with patients
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
