Endeavour Lotteries is seeking a Loyalty Marketing Specialist (12-month contract) to grow our membership program, turning customer insights into campaigns and member experiences that drive join, engagement and retention.
You’ll optimise the end-to-end membership journey across onboarding, engagement, loyalty and lifetime value, using data to improve acquisition and recurring revenue. You’ll collaborate with teams and partners to deliver compliant campaigns.
