Things are ramping up at SEQH, and we need another LF Operator to join the team!

n

South East Queensland Hauliers (SEQH) is looking for reliable and experienced LF Forklift Operators to join our team at our Hemmant site.

n

We currently have 13 forklifts and 12 operators, so we need you to fill that final spot.

n

We have the hours. We have the work. Now we're looking for the right person to join our team.

About the Role

n

As a Forklift Operator,



you will be responsible for safely moving freight around our Hemmant site and supporting our day-to-day warehouse and transport operations.

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Moving freight, containers and materials
n
- Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
n
- Completing daily forklift pre-start checks
n
- Conducting container inspections
n
- Completing required paperwork and documentation
n
- Assisting with general yard and warehouse duties
n
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
n
- Following all site safety procedures and company policies
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Holds a current LF Forklift Licence
n
- Has previous forklift operating experience
n
- Is reliable and safety-focused
n
- Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
n
- Is available Monday–Friday for 6:00am starts
n
- Has reliable transport
n
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Works well as part of a team
n
- Is willing to learn and take direction
n

n

Candidates must successfully complete a urine Drug & Alcohol test and National Police Check.

n

SEQH also conducts random monthly Drug & Alcohol testing.

n

A practical forklift assessment will be required.
