As aFood ServicesAssistant,you will assist in preparation and serving of meals to our residents at our 41-bedfacility inCaulfield North. Working as part of the Food Services Team, the responsibilities include preparation and serving of meals, daily kitchen hygiene and audit duties.

What you bring:

n

n
- Certificate in Food Handling: HLTFS207C.
n
- Experience in a commercial kitchen.
n
- Aged Care Experience as Food Service Assistant/ Kitchen Hand
n
- Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups.
n




- Ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
n
- Understanding of and commitment to safe work and hygiene practices.
n
- Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to understand and complete documentation in accordance with Food Safety Plan requirements.
n
- Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
n
- Pro-active and dedicated approach to position.
