Job Description

Appian Developer or Sr. Developer or Solution Designer (Sydney or Melbourne)

n

Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.

n

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

n

Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

n

Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.

n

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.

n

Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.

n

Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.

About you

n

Min. 5 years of experience for Developers and min.



8 years of experience for Sr. Developers in Appian development.

n

Solid knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites.

n

Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems.

n

Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

n

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

n

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

n

Preferred: Appian Level 2 Certification or higher.

n

Preferred: Experience with performance tuning and debugging.

n

Preferred: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tools.

n

Optional: Experience with Appian Cloud Administration and Appian RPA.
