We are currently seeking reliable and hands-on General Factory Hands to join a leading Australian manufacturer of sailing hardware and architectural systems, based in Braeside.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for short-term work who enjoys practical, hands-on tasks and is comfortable working in a factory environment.

About the Role

You will be involved in the assembly of manufactured products, working with wire rope, frames and basic hand tools.

Your duties will include:

- Feeding wire rope through frames
- Clipping and securing wires together
- General assembly and factory duties
- Using basic hand tools
- Manual handling
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following workplace safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Previousfactory, manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Good hand skills and attention to detail
- A practical, hands-on approach to work
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportAbility to commit to thefull 4–6 week assignment

Previous experience is highly regarded, but we are also interested in candidates who arereliable, practical and confident working with their hands.
