Proclinical is seeking a Distribution Officer to join a agile team in a warehouse environment. This role involves managing vaccine distribution and storage, including operating forklifts and working in cold room conditions. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. The role operates on a rotating roster with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts, including high-reach forklifts, to manage inventory.
- Handle stock requests from manufacturing and remove items from cold storage.
- Perform SAP goods receipting and cycle counting.




- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Accept deliveries and assist with finished goods management.
- Conduct general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintain a robust focus on safety and follow all safety protocols.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Valid White Card and high-reach forklift license.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including SAP.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong safety record.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with the team lead.
- Experience in warehouse operations, particularly in cold storage environments, is highly desirable.
