The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Quality, Risk, and Compliance. This pivotal role demands executive leadership across quality, clinical governance, enterprise risk, and compliance, with a primary focus on providing trusted assurance and advice to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of organization-wide systems and frameworks that ensure protected, accountable, and high-quality care.

This includes oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, strategic, operational, clinical, financial, people, cyber, compliance, and reputational risk, as well as leading the approach to clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.



Applicants must be Registered Nurses with current AHPRA registration and possess extensive quality experience within the aged care or broader health sector. A strong working knowledge of aged care legislation, regulation, and accreditation requirements is essential, as is experience in clinical governance, audit, and risk.

The role requires the ability to exercise sound judgment, constructively challenge when necessary, and build credible relationships at all levels, from frontline teams to the Board. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in developing the company's Quality Framework and defining a consistent approach to quality across the organization, with a key focus on continuous improvement and practical, evidence-based solutions.
