- $80,000 pa/ Cert III qualified with 3 years experience for Full time position with early starts.
n
- Mix, kneed, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products;
n
- Mix, rest and bake full range of breads;
n
- Construction and baking of pastries, cakes and slices;
n
- Glaze and dust bread pastries and products as needed;
n
- Apply fillings, icings and decorations as needed and to special order cakes;
n
