A design-driven space serving wood-fired pizza, snacks, cocktails and wine celebrating simplicity, seasonality and quality ingredients. We're building a tight, professional kitchen team to work alongside our Head Pizzaiolo — people who take pride in detail, love learning and want to be part of something that will make a mark on Melbourne's pizza scene. Both full time & casual positions available.

What You'll Do

- Work with our Head Chef to prepare and cook high-quality pizza in a fast-paced kitchen
n
- Assist with dough prep, toppings, service setup and close-down
n
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and station organisation
n
- Contribute to a culture built on consistency, teamwork and pride
n
- Use brand-new gear including our Marana oven
n
