About the role:

n

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a current enterprise Digital Experience Platform for a large and well-established Australian organisation. You'll manage the implementation of Optimizely across CMS, content marketing, digital asset management and AI-enabled capabilities. Working with a systems integration partner, you'll coordinate teams across Technology, Digital, Marketing, Brand, Data, Cyber Security and the wider business.

Key responsibility:

n

n
- Leading the project from mobilisation and design through to migration, testing, go-live and transition into BAU
n
- Managing platform configuration, environments, integrations and access
n
- Coordinating website, content and digital asset migration
n
- Managing the systems integrator and other vendors against agreed milestones, budgets and deliverables
n
- Overseeing project governance, risks, dependencies, financials and executive reporting
n
- Making sure security, privacy, accessibility,



data and responsible AI requirements are addressed
n
- Driving adoption, operational readiness, cutover and hypercare
n

n

About you:

n

n
- Strong experience delivering complex digital, technology or platform implementations
n
- Experience with Optimizely or another enterprise DXP, CMS, DAM, MarTech, CRM or customer-facing platform
n
- A proven track record managing systems integrators, software vendors and digital agencies
n
- Experience delivering multi-site website transformations and content or asset migrations
n
- Strong stakeholder management across technical, marketing and business teams
n
- Solid project governance, planning, budget and risk management capability
n
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge decisions when needed
n

n

Experience with Optimizely, Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, accessibility or AI-enabled platforms would be highly regarded.
