Daily rate: Circa $700 to $760p.d. incl super

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support complex business and technology transformation initiatives within a large operational organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead change strategies, plans and change impact assessments.
n
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
n
- Partner with business leaders and project teams to support adoption of current systems, processes and ways of working.
n
- Monitor adoption, risks and change effectiveness.
n
- Contribute to best-practice change capability across APAC.
n

Required skills & experience

n

n
- Significant experience in large-scale business and technology transformation.
n
- Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change across ERP, digital or operational systems.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness skills.
n
- Experience in complex or regulated environments, ideally aviation, infrastructure or transport.
n
- Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR highly regarded.
