- Lead impactful harm reduction and outreach programs that make a genuine difference in the community.

- Perform oneafter hours shift per fortnight as part of our outreach team – from 7:30pm to 11:30pm.
n
- Lead and support a dedicated after-hours outreach team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
n
- Drive innovation and identify new opportunities to strengthen and expand services.
n
- Build meaningful partnerships across the health, community, and government sectors.
n
- Champion health promotion, overdose prevention, and evidence-based harm reduction initiatives.
n
- Use insights, data, and evaluation to continuously improve service quality and impact.
n
- Contribute to strategic planning, funding growth, and future service development.
n
- Ensure services meet quality, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
n
- Act as a trusted sector leader, advocate, and subject matter expert in harm reduction.
n
- Help shape inclusive, culturally responsive services for diverse communities.

About You:

n

- Relevant qualifications in alcohol and other drugs (AOD), nursing, social work, community development, public health, youth work, allied health,



or a related discipline.
n
- An experienced people leader with a passion for supporting and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Strong experience working within community health, primary health, AOD, or related services.
n
- A sound understanding of harm reduction principles and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
n
- An engaging communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients, communities, stakeholders, and partners.
n
- Confident working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and diverse community settings.
n
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and service improvement.
n
- Knowledge of relevant health legislation, governance, and ethical practice requirements.
n
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
n
- A current driver's licence and willingness to work across outreach and community settings.
