Who we are

Paradiso Supply is a current drinks collective launching on Australia's east coast. We provide the sales function for Australia's best beverage brands giving them the reach, relationships, and representation they deserve in a market dominated by the big players.

We're building a field sales team across Vic and SA, with territories covering across Greater Melbourne, Central Vic, Geelong/Surf Coast, Adelaide and regional SA.

What you'll do

n

You'll own a territory and everything in it: pubs, bars, bottle shops, and restaurants. You'll build real relationships with venue owners and buyers, champion a portfolio of exceptional independent brands, and grow distribution, rate of sale,



and advocacy account by account.

This is proper field sales - on the road, in venues, face to face. You'll run tastings and events, secure listings, train staff, and be the person your accounts trust to bring them the good stuff.

Who you are

n

You're a hunter and a farmer. You love the chase of a new account and the craft of growing an existing one. You know the independent drinks trade or you drink like you do and you believe indie brands deserve a fair fight. You're self-driven, organised, and at your best when you're out talking to people, not sitting behind a desk.

Experience in liquor, hospitality, or FMCG field sales is a big plus. Hunger, hustle, and genuine love for the trade matter more.
