Class Actions Litigation Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate)

About our client
n Our client is a growing mid-sized litigation law firm with a strong reputation in compensation and plaintiff litigation. Driven by a genuine commitment to their clients and achieving the best possible outcomes, they are highly regarded for their expertise, supportive culture and meaningful work.

Due to the commencement of a significant recent class action, they are now seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their specialist team.

About the role
n This is a once in a career opportunity to become deeply involved in a single large-scale class action from its early stages and see the matter develop through its various phases.

n

Working closely with a Managing Principal, Special Counsel and Associate, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day conduct and progression of the matter.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing court documents, affidavits and other litigation material
n
- Managing and progressing aspects of the class action
n
- Analysing evidence and assisting with case strategy
n




- Managing high volumes of information and documentation
n
- Working collaboratively with lawyers, support staff and other professionals involved in the matter
n

n

About you
n You will be an experienced litigation lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level, ideally with previous exposure to personal injury, class actions &/or complex litigation.

n

You will also:

n
- Have strong litigation skills and the ability to confidently manage complex work
n
- Be highly organised and comfortable working across a large-scale matter involving significant volumes of information
n
- Produce work of an excellent standard with strong attention to detail
n
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a close-knit specialist team
n
- Be able to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities
n
