About the Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will provide hands‑on support across the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team development.

The Ideal Candidate must have:

- Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Solid knowledge of restaurant compliance and operational practices




- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with Time & Attendance and stock management systems
- Available to work weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
- Valid RSA certificate
- Hospitality, Management, or related qualification desired but not essential
