The Role

n

As a Field Service Technician, you will take ownership of a fleet of ME Group machines in your territory.

n

Your goal is simple: keep your machines running, available, clean and performing at their best.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Monitoring, servicing and repairing machines
n
- Diagnosing faults and replacing defective parts
n
- Reducing breakdowns, downtime and machines in alert status
n
- Replenishing consumables and cleaning equipment
n
- Performing preventive maintenance and quality checks
n




- Following scheduled machine visits and responding to technical issues
n
- Installing, removing or relocating machines when required
n
- Managing spare parts, stock and your local storage area
n
- Maintaining signage and information on machines
n
- Communicating technical and commercial information to your Team Leader
n
- Supporting maintenance contract renewals
n
- Handling cash collections/deposits in accordance with company procedures
n
- Taking care of your company vehicle, tools, phone and other equipment
n

Technical, electrical, mechanical or field-service experience is an advantage, but attitude and work ethic matter most.
