Key responsibilities

- You will be responsible for: Carrying out mechanical servicing, repairs and maintenance on a range of heavy and light plant and equipment.

- You will be responsible for: Scheduling, monitoring and reporting on the maintenance and performance of the Shire's fleet.

- Supervising and supporting the Workshop team, including managing performance and quality of work.
n
- Ensuring Workshop activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What you need

- As Workshop Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for maintaining and servicing essential plant and equipment, ensuring reliable support for the projects and services that directly impact our community.
n
- Extensive previous experience in supervising and undertaking workshop services for a wide range of plant and equipment (heavy and light).
n
- Demonstrated ability to make recommendations on complex plant operational and maintenance issues.
