The Role

Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 140 properties

No Saturdays

No trust accounting

An attractive salary package

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a residential property portfolio of 140 properties with a focus on high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Maintain clear, timely communication with landlords and tenants.

Oversee the full tenant lifecycle, including leasing, applications, and agreements.

Conduct inspections, prepare condition reports, Mid week opens and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and tenancy regulations.

Manage rent collection,



arrears, lease renewals, and attend tribunal hearings when required.

Use PropertyMe software for daily operations and accurate record keeping.

Learn from senior Property Managers and continue developing your skills and career.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Robust communicator who builds trust with landlords and tenants alike

Positive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile when needed
