With an ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a National Sales and Marketing to grow revenue in the near term and build toward a significantly larger national footprint.

As a proven sales leader you will build discipline, rigor, and accountability to the company’s sales division and its people to support the company’s growth aspirations. Leading Team Leaders, Account Managers and Customer Service team members, you will drive sales performance, strengthen pipeline management, improve forecast accuracy, increase CRM adoption and establish a consistent operating rhythm across the business. This is a highly influential role where you will actively coach leaders,



engage in key customer opportunities and play a key role in sales growth.

You already bring a demonstrable track record of sucess in the commercial growth within anindustrial, manufacturing, construction products, technical distribution or related environment. You will be recognised as a builder of teams, systems and performance. Equally comfortable discussing strategy and working directly with front-line salespeople, you bring the leadership prowess, commercial discipline and growth mindset required to transform a good sales organisation into a great one.
