We are seeking an experienced Caching Developer with solid expertise in Redis and enterprise caching technologies to design, implement, and support high-performance, scalable caching solutions for enterprise integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design and implement enterprise caching solutions using Redis and distributed caching technologies.
n
- Develop caching strategies including TTL, cache invalidation, eviction, and refresh policies.
n
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and response times.
n
- Monitor cache health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and improve system efficiency.
n
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and platform teams to deliver resilient integration solutions.
n
- Support CI/CD deployments and maintain technical documentation.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience with Redis, distributed caching,



and in-memory data stores.
n
- Experience with Cache-Aside, Read-Through, Write-Through, and distributed caching patterns.
n
- Strong knowledge of application performance tuning, latency optimization, and scalability.
n
- Good understanding of API Gateways, Messaging Systems, Enterprise Integration, and DevOps practices.
n
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and infrastructure automation.
n

Preferred Experience

- Enterprise-scale integration or middleware environments.
n
- Experience in regulated industries such as Government, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure.

- Exposure to secure enterprise platforms and distributed application architectures.
