Key Responsibilities

- Prepareandcookhigh-qualitymealsinaccordancewithmenustandards
- Operatefryerandgrillstationsefficientlyduringbusyserviceperiods
- Maintainconsistentfoodqualityandpresentation
- Ensurefoodsafetyandhygienestandardsarefollowedatalltimes
- Assistwithstockcontrolandkitcheninventorymanagement
- Placeandmanageordersusingonlineorderingsystemswhenrequired
- Supportthetraininganddevelopmentofjuniorkitchenstaff
- Workcollaborativelywiththekitchenteamtoensuresmoothdailyoperations
- Maintainaclean,organised,andsafeworkenvironment
- Contributepositivelytotheoverallperformanceofthekitchen

Requirements & Eligibility

- Minimum3yearsofexperienceinasimilarchefrole
- Previousexperienceinafast-pacedcommercialkitchen
- Strongfryerandgrillcookingexperience
- Positiveattitudeandgenuinepassionforthehospitalityindustry
- Abilitytoguide,mentor,andtrainjuniorstaff




- KnowledgeofMicrosoftExcelandonlineorderingplatformsisadvantageous
- Flexibilitytoworkacrossa7-dayrotatingroster
- Availabletoworkapproximately30–35hoursperweek,withtheopportunitytoprogresstofull-timeemployment
