You will join our dynamic Product & Design team as the Junior Product Developer - the operational and administrative backbone of the function. This role supports the Swimwear, Apparel, and Accessory categories, ensuring that samples are tracked accurately, administrative workflows run smoothly, and critical cross-functional assets are compiled on time. It is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role designed for an organised individual looking to master technical drawing, sample coordination, and direct-to-consumer fashion operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Sample Tracking & Logistics

n

n
- End-to-End Tracking: Own the sample tracking process across all categories, maintaining master trackers and Style Arcade with real-time updates on development, fit samples, and wholesale readiness to ensure seamless execution against the critical path.

- Approvals & Dispatches:



Manage the physical receipt and dispatch of sample packages, print strike-offs, lab dips, and trims from offshore suppliers. Follow through on sampling approvals and liaise with the print team for base cloth/colour approvals.

- Archive Management: Maintain the department's physical and digital archives, organizing raw fabric swatches and coordinating historic design revisions.
n
- Range Books: Prepare, format, and distribute collection Range Books for Sales and Wholesale, working across graphics and production for visual accuracy.
n
- Photoshoot Pairings: Coordinate and document specific CAD/product pairings for campaign and studio shoots, giving marketing accurate reference sheets.
n
- Training Materials: Assist in building technical product presentation decks and training video references for collection launches.

Design & Technical Assistance

- CAD & Artwork Support: Assist Designers in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (updating colourways, placing prints, modifying easy sketches).
n
- Tech Pack Admin: Support the creation of foundational spec pages, label placements, and measurement tables under designer guidance.
n
- Fit Sessions: Attend fit sessions and record highly accurate,



detailed adjustment notes on sample garments.

General Team Administration

n

- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate data across Style Arcade and internal design files.
n
- Trend Research: Monitor competitive market trends, consumer preferences, and social media styling shifts, sharing insights with the team.
n
- Adaptability: Pick up new activities that fall broadly within the scope of keeping the department running smoothly!

What You'll Bring to the Team

n

- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar fashion administration or product development role.
n
- Tech Stack: Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential for tracking data.

- Industry Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of garment construction, textiles, and fashion terminology.
n
- Future-Focused: Exposure to (and a strong interest in utilising) foundational AI productivity tools to streamline data entry and optimise daily workflows.

- Organisation & Drive: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tracking systems simultaneously.
