About the role

At Built Environs, our Graduates progress through a two-year developmental program. You will be exposed to a wide range of senior professionals, including a mentor, who will be able to guide you and encourage you.

Through guidance from your peers, senior leaders and managers, you will be responsible for tasks including:

n

n
- Document control.
n
- Assisting the Estimators preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
n
- Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
n
- Conformity of all constructionactivities with Company procedures and policies and withWHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
n
- Conformance to time schedules, budgets and performance criteria.
n
- Collating deliverables required for practical completion.
n
- Managing project close out and archiving.
n

About you

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n




- Relevant tertiary qualification (such as Construction Management & Building Economics).
n
- Self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision with focus on results.
n
- Competent in use of MS Office.
n
- Be passionate about organisational values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, teamwork and performance excellence.
n
- Be a permanent resident of Australia.
