We’re looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Brisbane based team on full-time basis. This is your chance to be the voice of the brand, supporting customers across multiple channels and making every interaction count!

What you'll be doing n

Providing personalised support across multiple customer channels, including phone, email, live chat and social media.
n
Resolving customer enquiries and complaints efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
n
Processing customer transactions, returns, payments and account updates.
n
Maintaining accurate records and case notes within our CRM system.
n
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.
n

What we're looking for nn
Previous experience in a customer service, retail or contact centre environment.
n




Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
n
Confidence working across multiple systems and digital platforms.
n
A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach
