About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Senior Transformation Manager will establish and executethe Group ePMO / Transformation Office while personally executing key strategic programs.

This is a dynamic, high-visibility role designed for an experienced M&A; ortransformation professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operational analysis, and program execution. Acting as both an internal advisor and functional transformation expert, you will partner directly with theExecutive Leadership Team, and Private Equity sponsors to translate group strategy into measurable financial and operational outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Leading a diverse portfolio of value creation and performance improvement projects across commercial, operational, and organizational streams




- Establishing and running the centralTransformation Office, driving governance, milestone tracking, and benefit realisation across strategic initiatives
- Identifying untapped opportunities to optimise growth, margin expansion, cost structures, and operational productivity group-wide
- Developing robust business cases, financial models, and investment proposals to support strategic capital allocation
- Preparing decision papers, business cases, board decks, and progress updates for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Private Equity board members
- Coaching initiative owners across the business, providing analytical support and removing roadblocks to ensure project accountability and delivery
- Partnering with functional and divisional leaders to convert macro strategy into explicit operational action plans with defined KPIs

What You'll Bring

We are seeking a sharp, commercially grounded operator who balances rigorous analytical capability with the influencing skills needed to bring senior stakeholders along on the transformation journey. You are comfortable shifting seamlessly between high-level executive presentations and hands‑on operational problem-solving.

In addition, you will bring:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a consulting firm, top‑tier advisory firm, or an established corporate transformation or strategic business unit

Proven track record in designing, managing, or executing structured PMO, transformation, or value creation programs

Demonstrated experience working within or alongside Private Equity ownership structures, industrial services, logistics, or complex operational environments

Exceptional analysis, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving skills

Outstanding stakeholder engagement capability with proven success influencing executive leaders and operational teams alike

A strong execution focus and personal drive to take total ownership of strategic outcomes
