About the role

n

Our close-knit and innovative team is looking for a Receptionist to support our clinical team of mobile radiographers and sonographers on the road. This role is ideal for an individual who has experience in medical imaging or general medicine practice.

The Position

n

As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for all referrers, patients, aged cares and you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver patient care and diagnostic imaging support.

Greeting and welcoming all calls in a friendly and professional manner

n

Communicating appointment information to patients clearly and professionally

n

Managing and scheduling imaging requests for radiographers and sonographers

n

Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, taking messages, and data entry

n

Liaising with referring doctors, aged cares, nurses and hospital staff

n





Processing patient information and updating details accurately

n

Issuing text messages, emails and documents upon request

n

Managing incoming requests and following up with patients

n

Other administrative tasks including mail and other ad-hoc tasks as required

n

Ensuring every person receives exceptional customer service

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative and customer service-oriented role

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

n

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with a keen eye for detail

n

Excellent proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams

n

Knowledge of Medical software is highly regarded

n

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

n

Previous Radiology Experience is highly regarded
