With a national network approaching 100 stores and a significant B2B operation, we're looking for a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Distribution Centre team in Truganina.

n

The Role

n

This is a full-time position working from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, responsible for supporting the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout our fast-paced Distribution Centre.

n

You'll work across receiving, inventory management, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring orders are processed accurately and the warehouse remains protected and organised.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Receive, unload and verify incoming stock
n
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documentation
n
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Label and organise outgoing orders for dispatch
n
- Store and replenish stock within designated warehouse locations
n
- Complete regular stock checks and report inventory discrepancies
n
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed
n
- Use warehouse management systems and barcode scanners
n
- Inspect products for damage and manage returned or damaged stock
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
n




- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse and operations team
n
- Assist in resolving stock, equipment and dispatch issues
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience within warehousing, distribution or logistics
n
- Experience across picking, packing, receiving or dispatch
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
n
- Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems or scanners
n
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following procedures
n
- Ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines
n
- Physically capable of lifting and handling warehouse stock
n
- Forklift licence and operating experience are desirable but not essential
n
- A valid driver's licence is desirable
n
