Job Description

We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join the Seed Heritage Marketing team.

n

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help bring seasonal campaigns, PR, retail marketing and brand communications to life, working collaboratively across the business to deliver engaging customer experiences and drive brand awareness.

n

Please note: this is a Full Time role on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.

n

THE ROLE:

n

n
- Support the delivery of seasonal marketing, campaign, PR and communications plans.
n
- Coordinate campaign briefs, marketing copy, promotional activity and product communications.
n
- Manage marketing assets and campaign information across internal teams and external partners.
n
- Work closely with Buying, Design, Creative, eCommerce and Retail teams to support product launches and key trading moments.
n
- Coordinate communications with retail teams to ensure campaigns and promotional activity are executed seamlessly in-store.
n
- Support PR, media and event activity, including agency coordination, asset management and campaign tracking.
n
- Assist in the delivery of media events and customer activations.
n
- Contribute content ideas aligned with brand direction and marketing objectives.
n
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
n
- Maintain marketing archives, documentation and administrative processes.
n
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

n

n
- 2-4 years' experience in marketing, communications, PR or a similar retail marketing role.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing,



Public Relations or a related discipline (preferred).
n
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content, events or PR initiatives.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies and creative partners.
n
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, with experience using digital, social, email or project management platforms highly regarded.
n
- A collaborative, proactive approach and genuine passion for fashion, retail and customer experience.
