The Role

n

We're currently seeking an experienced and driven Registered Architect or Experienced Graduate Architect to join our team in a full-time role.

n

This is a design-focused position, with a strong emphasis on developing and resolving high-end residential concepts from early sketch through to documentation and delivery.

n

You will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute meaningfully to the design direction of bespoke residential projects
n
- Develop and resolve concept design outcomes through all project stages
n
- Lead and produce town planning and construction documentation
n
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and project teams
n
- Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment
n

You'll be joining a self-motivated and supportive team within a fast-paced creative office located on Melbourne's city fringe.

About You

n





We're looking for someone who is both design-driven and technically capable, with experience in high-end residential projects.

n

Essential:

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years local experience in high-end residential architecture
n
- Strong conceptual design ability, with the confidence to develop and resolve design ideas
n
- Experience delivering bespoke, architecturally designed homes (not volume housing)
n
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (design and documentation workflows)
n
- High level of digital presentation skills (Adobe Suite preferred)
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and design resolution
n

Highly Regarded:

n

n
- Registered Architect (ARBV) or working towards registration
n
- Experience presenting to clients and leading design discussions
n
- Proven ability to coordinate consultants across all stages
n
- Experience managing project timelines and delivering projects efficiently
n
