Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to manage the full Accounts Payable function and take ownership of key financial responsibilities, including cash flow management, trade finance, and international payments. Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end accounts payable function
n
- Management of vendor onboarding
n
- Management of vehicle register, fuel cards, tolls, infringement notices, and insurance claims
n
- Daily cash flow monitoring and forecasting
n
- Management of trade finance and import collection payments
n
- Manage the supplier ledger and resolving under or overs in a timely manner
n
- Manage supplier claims and resolving disputes promptly
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal teams
n
- Maintain organised records for audit and compliance purposes
n

- Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls
n
- Proven experience in cash flow management
n
- Advanced excel and analytical skills
n
- Excellent organisational and reconciliation skills
n
- High level of accountability and proactive problem-solving
n
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
