WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead the implementation and strategy creation of paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance,



providing insightful recommendations to clients.
- Manage campaign budgets, deciding allocations.
- Drive strategy creation and data‑driven decision‑making, articulating outcomes in client meetings.
- Possess strong communication skills to present results to multiple large clients.
- Handle client‑facing reporting and strategy execution across multiple accounts.
- Lead a performance marketing team, mentoring staff and supporting their growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

- 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Previous team‑management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
