Medimart is one of Australia's leading suppliers of mobility and healthcare equipment. We are seeking a Delivery Coordinator to manage daily delivery schedules, coordinate drivers, and ensure customers receive exceptional service.

This position oversees the delivery schedules for a small fleet oftwo delivery trucks and four drivers. While delivery volumes are manageable, success in this role depends on accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting things right the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes
n
- Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders
n
- Liaise with drivers and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues
n
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
n




- Ensure all deliveries are completed efficiently and on schedule
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Robust computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and experience working with scheduling or CRM systems.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work independently and proactively
n
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling, transport coordination, or a similar operational role is preferred.
