As we enter a significant period of expansion, we're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead the dining experience at Saint Haven Toorak.

THE ROLE

n

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation, leading from the floor and creating an experience that feels effortless, personal and distinctly Saint Haven.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing front-of-house team
n
- Delivering exceptional, highly personalised service to our members and guests
n
- Driving service standards across every touchpoint of the dining experience
n
- Managing daily operations, rostering, labour and cost control
n
- Supporting budgets, P&L; performance and commercial outcomes
n
- Building genuine relationships with members and becoming a visible presence within the Private Club
n




- Working closely with culinary and broader Club leadership to deliver a seamless member experience
n
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing the team as Saint Haven continues to grow
n
- Maintaining immaculate presentation, operational standards and attention to detail
n

ABOUT YOU

n

You've built your career in premium restaurants, hotels, Private Clubs or luxury hospitality environments and thrive where expectations are high and the pace is fast.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Restaurant or venue management experience within high-end hospitality
n
- Strong operational and commercial capability, including labour, budgets and P&L;
n
- A genuine obsession with service and the small details that elevate an experience
n
- Confidence leading, coaching and holding teams to exceptionally high standards
n
- A warm, polished and highly personable leadership style
n
- Experience managing discerning guests, VIPs or strong repeat clientele
n
- The ability to remain composed, decisive and hands‐on during busy services
