The Project Support Officer works as part of a small team to support the governance and administration of the National Security TAFE Centre of Excellence through the provision of administrative, operational, and logistical support. Tasks include organising meetings, travel, workshops, maintaining accurate records, drafting routine correspondence, briefings, agendas, minutes and document preparation.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Strong administrative and project support skills, including meeting coordination, minute taking, records management, correspondence preparation and use of Microsoft Office programs.
n
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders and contribute positively to team outcomes.
n
- Ability to work under general direction, use initiative and judgement, manage competing priorities and adapt flexibly in a high-volume,



deadline-driven environment.
n

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.

n
