Junior / Intermediate Contract Administrator

This is one of those roles you don't see every day. A cashed-up, established builder with a reputation for always paying trades on time and looking for a Junior / Intermediate CA to join the team on a $150mil Apartment Project.

This role is perfect for a junior to intermediate level Contract Administrator who wants to refine their skills and grow their career in Contract / Commercial Management or Project Management in the future.

- Supported by an experienced Project Manager, Design Manager, Design Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Site Engineer based on site, plus an office-based Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, Construction Director and Operations Manager

You Must Be / Have

n

n
- 2+ years' local experience in Commercial or Multi-Res projects
n
- Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification
n
- Reliable career history
n
- Autonomous, reliable and detail-oriented
n
- Driven, energetic and hardworking with a good attitude
n
- Strong communicator – able to deal with trades, consultants and clients
n
- Team-focused – respectful, down to earth, and easy to work with
n
