Job Description
Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
n
Receive prescriptions and hand out completed prescriptions under the pharmacist's direction.
n
Sort, file and organise prescriptions accurately.
n
Assist customers with pharmacy products and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist.
n
Receive, unpack, price and put away stock.
n
Replenish shelves and ensure products are presented neatly.
n
Assist with stocktakes, expiry-date checks and stock rotation.
n
Keep the pharmacy clean and organised, including cleaning shelves, vacuuming and mopping.
n
Support pharmacists and other staff with general daily pharmacy operation
