An established residential aged care provider is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a well-established medium-sized aged care home in Colac.

This is a genuine relocation opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse and Facility Manager looking to make a long-term move to regional Victoria. Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate.

We are looking for an experienced aged care leader who is ready to take ownership of a service and make a genuine impact.

You will have:

- Current Registered Nurse registration – essential
n
- Proven Facility Manager experience within residential aged care
n
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance and quality Proven people leadership and team management skills
n
- A hands-on and visible leadership style
n
- Confidence working within a regional environment
n
- Genuine interest in relocating to and becoming part of a regional community
