We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to support a busy production kitchen preparing and cooking large volumes of meals. The role is based with a well-established inflight catering provider located near the Brisbane Airport, operating in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by following food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, including the "clean as you go" policy.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and follow daily schedules set by management.
- Monitoring food quality and compliance to ensure all products meet customer expectations and required standards.
- Supporting the training and supervision of kitchen staff, understanding customer requirements, and assisting with yield testing of products during preparation.

What We're Looking For

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential




- Flexible availability across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A reliable, safety-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism
