Join our dynamic team as a full-time Production Operator in our state-of-the-art facility in Clayton, Victoria. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring specialised machinery to ensure the efficient and quality production of our industry-leading products.

Key responsibilities

- Operate a range of production equipment and machinery to manufacture products to the highest quality standards.
n
- Monitor production processes, identify and resolve any issues or variances to maintain optimal output.
n
- Perform routine maintenance, adjustments and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
n
- Maintain detailed production records and complete all required documentation.
n
- Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
n
- Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.

About you

- Experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment preferred
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of production equipment
n




- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
n
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
n
- Availability to work day shift
n
- Must hold Australian work rights
n
- Must hold a current LF (Counterbalance) forklift licence
n
