Proclinical is seeking a Distribution Officer to join a dynamic team in a warehouse environment. This role involves managing vaccine distribution and storage, including operating forklifts and working in cold room conditions. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. The role operates on a rotating roster with 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts, including high-reach forklifts, to manage inventory.
n
- Handle stock requests from manufacturing and remove items from cold storage.
n
- Perform SAP goods receipting and cycle counting.
n




- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
n
- Accept deliveries and assist with finished goods management.
n
- Conduct general warehouse duties as required.
n
- Maintain a solid focus on safety and follow all safety protocols.
n

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Valid White Card and high-reach forklift license.
n
- Proficiency in computer systems, including SAP.
n
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong safety record.
n
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with the team lead.
n
- Experience in warehouse operations, particularly in cold storage environments, is highly desirable.
