AYAN InfoTech is looking for ServiceNow Developer to join an exciting project based in Brisbane / Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Brisbane / Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and Service Catalog modules.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.




- Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and support workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and reports.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform enhancements.
- Work closely with offshore development and support teams.
- Participate in workshops, status meetings, and project discussions.
