Projects Superintendent | Mechanical Maintenance

n

About The Role

n

MFE is entering an exciting period of growth and we're looking for an experienced Projects Superintendent to take ownership of mechanical maintenance delivery across our operations.

n

This is a hands-on, field-focused leadership role, working closely with our clients, Supervisors and trades to ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

You'll take operational ownership of mechanical maintenance activities, supporting our teams across planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, shutdowns and minor project works.

n

This isn't an office-only leadership position. You'll spend approximately 60% of your time in the field, providing technical support, resolving issues and staying connected to our clients and workforce.

n

- Leading mechanical maintenance activities and field teams
n
- Planning and coordinating labour, resources and maintenance priorities
n
- Providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting
n
- Managing costs, schedules and operational requirements
n
- Maintaining strong HSE and quality standards
n
- Building strong client relationships
n




- Supporting shutdowns and minor project works as required
n
- Driving continuous improvement across maintenance delivery
n

Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role

n

n
- Trade background in mechanical fitting, fabrication or piping
n
- Robust mechanical maintenance experience within oil & gas, resources or heavy industry
n
- Superintendent or strong Senior Supervisor-level experience
n
- Experience leading maintenance teams in operational environments
n
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
n
- A hands-on, field-focused leadership style
n
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
